Siberian Huskies

Siberian Huskies are medium-sized dogs that weigh around 25 – 60 lbs. They can grow approximately 20 – 23.4 inches. The usual colors of the eyes of these dogs are brown, blue, or a mixture of these two colors. A remarkable feature of these dogs is their erect ears.

Siberian Huskies' origin and coat quality make them highly adaptable to regions with low temperatures. They are well-covered because their coats are thick and double-layered. A water-resistant outer coat and short, dense undercoat keep them warm even if the weather is already cold. They also make use of their tails for additional warmth as they sleep. They cover it on their face.

The most common colors of Siberian Huskies are black and white. This dog can live for an average of 12 – 15 years. However, this time frame can be longer, especially when they receive enough care and love from their owners.

This only proves how owners' behavior affects their pets' growth, development, and life. Don't attempt to adopt a pet without sincerity in mind.

Your pet will benefit from regular health and wellness checks at your veterinary hospital Damascus, MD.

Highlights Of The Breed: Pembroke Welsh Corgi

Pembroke Welsh Corgi is the other variety of the Welsh Corgi breed along with the Cardigan Welsh Corgi. This dog is also referred to as “Pem,” “PWC,” or “Pembroke.” A Pem closely resembles a Cardigan – having the same heads. But the two differ in terms of their bone sizes and tail structures. Pems have docked tails and shorter and lighter bones, whereas Cardigans have long tails and heavier bones.

Are you interested to know more about Pems? Here are other interesting facts about them:
