Does your kitty go from affectionate to enraged in the blink of an eye? Cats are certainly full of quirks! One thing that many people do find quite puzzling is the fact that our feline buddies sometimes bite us out of affection. They also sometimes go from playful to angry very quickly!
While some cats are actually a bit violent with their humans, this behavior is often playful. If your cat is really mad, she'll flatten her ears, lash her tail, and possibly hiss or growl. She'll also bite as hard as possible. If she's just feeling silly, she probably won't bite very hard, and may run out of steam pretty quickly.
In either case, biting is bad manners. If your pet tries it, tell her 'No' or 'Don't bite' in a firm tone of voice. Then, blow in her face and leave her alone for a while. She'll get the hint eventually.
