Teaching your dog to interact with others

You have a dog in your life who needs to be able to interact with others on a regular basis in order to have a full social life. How can you help her do this?

Your pet needs to be able to understand that there are plenty of ways to spend time with companions, but some will be safer and more enjoyable than others. This is because she will need to be able to feel at ease during interactions. Be sure to teach her how to appropriately address her playmates so she can help them enjoy their time together as well. This will help everyone to consider their interaction to be on a positive note and allow them to better grasp how they can enjoy each other’s company with ease. For more information, please contact your local veterinarian Carolina Forest SC.
